3-in-1 Room Online Decorating:
What is it?

Equipped with an arsenal of Client-input, Keri’s Specialties will create 3-in-1 Room decorating selections; meaning, for one room, Keri’s Specialties will search, select, and prepare an itemized purchasing resource list for three budget levels – allowing the Client flexibility with the budget and a more hands-on experience in the selection process.

Recommendations will be made for these budget categories:

1. Budget-Wise

Selections will fall within the project’s Product Purchasing Budget, as predetermined by the Client.

2. Money-Saver Alternatives

Suggestions will be made as to which areas of the project the Client can save, giving an allowance to splurge in other areas.

3. Upgrade/Custom Alternatives

Suggestions will be made as to which areas of the project the Client may want to consider upgrades or custom/ commissioned pieces.

Keri’s Specialties will prepare a Product Reference Sheet showing itemized purchasing costs and resources for each product selection made (all three options). Whenever possible, Keri’s Specialties will provide online links to products or list of merchants or suppliers near the project location. In addition to the Product Reference Sheet, Keri’s Specialties will produce a décor Story Board with schemes for furniture, fabric, and finishes plus Conceptual Plans for the “Budget-Wise”
(Option 1) product selection.

At Keri's Specialties, all aspects of product selection and conceptual planning is done by me, Keri - not interns - hence the name "Keri's Specialties". I have over 20 years of experience in the building and design industry and studied Interior Design in numerous forums including
San Francisco's Academy of Art University.
